FDA RUNS VACCINE PROTECTION RACKET FOR BIG PHARMA
Dr. Herbert Ley, former Commissioner of the FDA, stated the following: "The FDA has become a primary factor in that formula whereby cartel-oriented companies in the food and drug industry are able to use the police powers of government to harass or destroy their free-market competitors." Dr. Ley also stated that "This activity is similar to the 'protection racket' of organized crime." Sadly, Mr. Ley's statements still hold true today. The FDA has not changed. The FDA is now attacking Americans who use their
freedom of speech on websites that may offer natural alternatives to the FDA's "approved" drugs and vaccines that continue to be laden with mercury and other toxic substances such as squalene, a vaccine adjuvant that the FDA has yet to approve.
Mike Adams of Natural News recently reported: "In an effort to censor any online text that might inform consumers of the ability of natural products to protect consumers from H1N1 influenza A, the FDA is now sending out a round of warning letters, threatening to "take enforcement action... such as seizure or injunction for violations of the FFDC Act without further notice. Firms that fail to take correction action," the FDA warns, "may also be referred to the FDA's Office of Criminal Investigations for possible criminal prosecution for violations of the FFDC Act and other federal laws."
"The message is crystal clear: No product may be described as protecting against or preventing H1N1 infections unless it is approved by the FDA. And which products has the FDA approved? Tamiflu (the anti-viral drug that most people will never have access to), and soon the new H1N1 vaccine that's being manufactured at a cost of one billion dollars (paid to Big Pharma by the taxpayers). This vaccine, of course, will be utterly useless because H1N1 will undoubtedly mutate between now and the time the vaccine is ready, rendering the vaccine useless."
"In other words, according to the tyrants at the FDA, the only products that may be marketed alongside the term "H1N1" are those products that either don't work or aren't available to most people. Anything that really works to prevent influenza infections -- such as natural anti-virals, medicinal herbs, etc. -- is banned from even mentioning H1N1 without the threat of being criminally prosecuted."The FDA refers to natural and alternative flu treatment products as "unapproved, uncleared, or unauthorized products". According to the FDA's own website: "Keep in mind that the most effective way to prevent influenza and its complications is by getting the annual influenza vaccine. Children younger than or equal to 8 years of age receiving their first influenza vaccine should receive the vaccine split into 2 doses given one month apart. Children from 6 months to 2 years of age and those with certain underlying medical conditions are considered at high risk for developing complications of influenza and are strongly encouraged to get the vaccine."
FLU VACCINE INCREASES RISK OF HOSPITALIZATION THREEFOLD
ScienceDaily reported on May 20, 2009 that Mayo Clinic researchers "found that children who had received the flu vaccine had three times the risk of hospitalization, as compared to children who had not received the vaccine. This new research was presented on May 19th at the 105th International Conference of the American Thoracic Society in San Diego. These Mayo Clinic researchers reveal that the FDA is lying when they say "...the most effective way to prevent influenza and its complications is by getting the annual influenza vaccine." How do they know that? Have they ever experimented with various immune system boosting herbs and compared them against vaccines to see which is more effective? Of course not. In fact we know now that we could not trust the FDA to carry out such experiments because they would lie about them. The FDA works only for Big Pharma which is ripping off the American people and that is why children who receive these dangerous vaccines have a threefold risk of being hospitalized!
1976 SWINE FLU SCARE

TAMIFLU (OSELTAMIVIR) SIDE EFFECTS
Severe allergic reactions (rash; hives; itching; difficulty breathing; tightness in the chest; swelling of the mouth, face, lips, or tongue); abnormal behavior; confusion; delirium; hallucinations; mood or mental changes; reddened, blistered, peeling, or swollen skin; seizures; severe or persistent nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea; symptoms of infection (eg, fever, chills, persistent sore throat).
In 2006 World Poultry reported: "Following reports that patients taking Tamiflu can exhibit dangerous behaviour, news has surfaced that ten Canadians have died and at least 74 had adverse reactions after taking the flu drug. Japan has also reported deaths of patients on Tamiflu, according to the FDA.
TAMIFLU TURNED MY CHILDREN INTO HALLUCINATING, SOBBING WRECKS
Here is a report from parents who discovered the harmful effects of Tamiflu on their young children James and Jessica.

It is interesting to note that Tamiflu allegedly keeps the virus from going through the cell wall. Black elderberries also keep viruses from going through the cell wall. Again we must ask ourselves why would the FDA approve a vaccine or drug that debilitates or kills people while attacking people who sell non-toxic herbs or supplements that do no harm?
HERBS FOR VIRUSES
There are many safe and natural ways to bolster the immune system to prevent and treat the flu. OSHA: According to master herbalist Christopher Gussa, a few old medical books reported that "many of the Arapaho Indians were kept alive and well during the 1918 Flu Epidemic with the use of this herb [osha] and that they had cured quite a few white folks with it as well." Gussa states that he made the decision to become an herbalist when he "was cured of a terrible reoccurring viral pneumonia with this herb [osha]." LOMATIUM: Lomatium dissectum is a cousin to osha and is a very good substitute because it is more widespread in the western US. There is an even closer relative to osha (medicinally speaking) but it is a sacred herb of the Nez Perce tribe and is apparently more rare than osha. According to herbalist Michael Moore, the "morbidity of Nevada Indians and whites who had used Lomatium against the influenza epidemic of 1920 -- 1922 was far lower than the general population." He further states that "Lomatium definitely helps simple head colds and shortens the duration of overt influenza viral infections." ELDERBERRY: Thanks to Dr. Madeleine Mumcuouglu (Department of Virology, Hebrew University-Hadassah Medical School) we now understand how black elderberry keeps viruses from penetrating the cell wall. So we have a non-event which was turned into a global emergency. I have published on our website the
document that says that in a global pandemic emergency all national powers all over the world devolve to the United Nations. That's not a fantasy, that's a UN document."
"So there are many levels or reasons for this pandemic. Be that as it may the vaccine is the danger, the pandemic is not the danger. They may genetically re-engineer it and make it dangerous, but right now it's a failed danger. The vaccine, on the other hand, is coming fast and it's coming to you in a syringe of death. Dr. Laibow: "Exactly. And they have polysorbate 80 which causes infertility and on and on we go."
"The deal is that the Obama White House has already said that vaccination will be mandatory. Obama told one of our supporters in New Jersey that he believes in mandatory vaccination. Obama, it is rumored by the way, is one of the people who along with Rumsfeld owns stock in or owns patent rights to Tamiflu, a failed and very dangerous antiviral, but not nearly as dangerous as the vaccine will be. So we have new methods of production which have never been used before and new vaccines which have never been tested that are coming at us very fast. The Secretary of Health and Human Services, Sebelius, says that "we're going to vaccinate all of the children first and then we'll wait and see, hoping that there aren't too many adverse events."
"People say well, I'll just take an exemption. Sorry, no exemptions. Under U.S. law if you refuse a vaccine when a pandemic is declared then you will be involuntary incarcerated and we've got room for thirty million people in the FEMA camps. Virtually every state has passed some version of the emergency medical powers act. Those acts say that when the governor of a state declares a pandemic...the people in that state who refuse vaccination or other treatment will be immediately considered to be felons without trial, without charge, without jury and they will be taken to state run prisons."

DR. PAUL PREDICTS POSSIBLE MANDATORY VACCINATIONS
In his weekly column US Congressman Ron Paul sums up the current situation in his June 22 column entitled International Bailout Brings Us Closer to Economic Collapse. Please notice what Dr. Paul says about mandatory vaccinations in the fourth paragraph below:
"Last week Congress passed the war supplemental appropriations bill. In an affront to all those who thought they voted for a peace candidate, the current president will be sending another $106 billion we don’t have to continue the bloodshed in Afghanistan and Iraq, without a hint of a plan to bring our troops home.
"Many of my colleagues who voted with me as I opposed every war supplemental request under the previous administration seem to have changed their tune. I maintain that a vote to fund the war is a vote in favor of the war. Congress exercises its constitutional prerogatives through the power of the purse, and as long as Congress continues to enable these dangerous interventions abroad, there is no end in sight, that is until we face total economic collapse.
"From their spending habits, an economic collapse seems to be the goal of Congress and this administration. Washington spends with impunity domestically, bailing out and nationalizing everything they can get their hands on, and the foreign aid and IMF funding in this bill can rightly be called an international bailout!
"As Americans struggle through the worst economic downturn since the Great Depression, this emergency supplemental appropriations bill sends $660 million to Gaza, $555 million to Israel, $310 million to Egypt, $300 million to Jordan, and $420 million to Mexico. Some $889 million will be sent to the United Nations for so-called “peacekeeping” missions. Almost one billion dollars will be sent overseas to address the global financial crisis outside our borders. Nearly $8 billion will be spent to address a “potential pandemic flu” which could result in mandatory vaccinations for no discernable reason other than to enrich the Pharmaceutical companies that make the vaccine.
"Perhaps most outrageous is the $108 billion loan guarantee to the International Monetary Fund. These new loan guarantees will allow that destructive organization to continue spending taxpayer money to prop up corrupt leaders and promote harmful economic policies overseas.
"Not only does sending American taxpayer money to the IMF hurt citizens here, evidence shows that it even hurts those it pretends to help. Along with IMF loans comes IMF required policy changes, called Structural Adjustment Programs, which amount to forced Keynesianism. This is the very fantasy-infused economic model that has brought our own country to its knees, and IMF loans act as the Trojan Horse to inflict it on others. Perhaps most troubling is the fact that leaders in recipient nations tend to become more concerned with the wishes of international elites than the wishes and needs of their own people. Argentina and Kenya are just two examples of countries that followed IMF mandates right off a cliff. The IMF frequently recommends currency devaluation to poorer nations, which has wiped out the already impoverished over and over. There is also a long list of brutal dictators the IMF happily supported and propped up with loans that left their oppressed populace in staggering amounts of debt with no economic progress to show for it.
"We are buying nothing but evil and global oppression by sending your taxdollars to the IMF. Not to mention there is no Constitutional authority to do so. Our continued presence in Iraq and Afghanistan does not make us safer at home, but in fact undermines our national security. I vehemently opposed this Supplemental Appropriations Bill and was dismayed to see it pass so easily."
FEDERAL RESERVE THREATENS CONGRESS OVER HR 1207
The banksters are getting very nervous as House bill HR 1207 gains 282 co-sponsors, both Democrats and Republicans. HR 1207, introduced by Dr. Ron Paul, is designed to the end Federal Reserve secrecy. The privately owned Federal Reserve continues to hide where US taxpayers' "bailout" money went. Last month the Federal Reserve’s vice chairman, Donald Kohn, threatened to jack up interest rates if Congress continues to expose “some of the U.S. central bank’s most sensitive decisions to political scrutiny.” According to Reuters, "Kohn warned that congressional meddling in the Fed's affairs could exact a high cost." “The regulations should be on the Federal Reserve. We should have transparency of the Federal Reserve. They can create trillions of dollars to bail out their friends, and we don’t even have any transparency of this. They’re more powerful than the Congress. The Federal Reserve creates the problem, so we give them more power. It’s fiat money that’s the problem, so we allow them to double the money supply--you can’t solve the problems that way. That’s like saying you can take care of a drug addict by just giving them more drugs. They’re giving a tremendous amount of more power to the Federal Reserve--the very institution that created our problem. That’s about the way Washington works,” said Dr. Paul. The movement to audit the Federal Reserve and then end the Federal Reserve fraud is gaining momentum in Washington District of Criminals. Both parties are coming together on HR 1207 to end Fed secrecy but they are facing increasing resistance from the Fed and their henchmen. Recent news reports show that Americans are increasingly concerned about the rising deficit caused by the bailouts and the lack of accountability.
“If you think about the power that the Federal Reserve has at this particular moment in history, it’s incredible,” said Rep. Tammy Baldwin (D-Wis.). Baldwin is one of 66 Democrats — and 232 members overall — to co-sponsor a bill mandating audits of the Federal Reserve System for the first time in its nearly 100-year history. Rep. Jim McGovern (D-Mass.) said he “was getting a lot of calls from constituents” asking him what was happening at the Fed. “That’s why I support this bill,” said McGovern, who joined more than 150 Republicans on the legislation last week.
“The fact is that the American people want to know more of the ‘Secrets of the Temple,’” House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) told reporters Thursday, referring to the 1989 William Greider book examining the Federal Reserve.
“I just think it will be very hard for members of Congress to go back to their constituents and say, “I’ve got $2.2 trillion of your money at risk and I don’t know where it’s going,’” said Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.), who is pushing his own bill calling for names of banks aided under Fed lending programs.
